KONE Middle East & Africa (KMEA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase throug h direct presence in 10 countries and more than 60 distributor markets. To complement our growth plans, Customer Service is considered to be a strategic priority for our Business.
Reporting directly to the Service Director for Middle East & Africa , we are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Customer Service & Administration Manager for our Middle East & Africa region. This role will be based in our head office in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead and drive customer centricity for the region , develop and ensure operational excellence in the Customer Service & Administration (CS&A) team. He / She would manage, evaluate, and develop the CS&A organization to ensure that it s customer service and administration strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to the established guidelines and budgets.
We are looking for someone with proven leadership skills, who has a passion for Customer Service excellence and is result-driven . The i deal candidate will have a Project Management mindset and experience in designing and implementing a business shared service cent re function.

Are you the one?
- University degree holder
- Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience working with companies who have designed and implemented a shared services center (business).
- Excellent Team Management skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
- Ability to interpret and analyze needs with a strong customer focus
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
