Salary: up to 40,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Role:
• Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
• Modifying menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
• Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs
• Involving in menu development and maintaining updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in the Food and Beverage operation
• Knowledge in Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian culture cuisines is preferred
• Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs
• Supervising kitchen staff’s activities
• Arranging for equipment purchases and repairs
• Complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and kitchen staff
