Head Barista Job Description:
A reputed healthy cafe is urgently looking for a Head Barista with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Incumbent will be responsible in providing quality customer service and demonstrate knowledge of coffee products, overseeing all barista employees, conducting training, maintaining the service standards, product quality, cleanliness, handling customer complaints concerning quality and service, managing supplies.
