We are looking for Experienced & Talented HR Assistant to coordinate between HR & PRO Division. Should have at least 4 years UAE experience in internal HR| PRO division within specific job role and experience stated below:
Must have experience in:
- HR Document Scanning and Update to HRMS
- Maintaining Employee Records and Profile.
- Prepare and store all HR Documents.
- All visa entry typing for new employees VISAS, cancellations, and Absconding cases.
- Knowledgeable of Quota and timely processing of the Tasheel system.
- Medical Typing, Emirates ID.
- Maintain and update PRO & Visa budget.
- Assign the task to Visa typist and PRO, Updating in to CRM tracking system.
