IT Officer Job description
Position Title: IT Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading food manufacturing companies in Dubai.
Job Role:
• Reporting to HR and Admin Manager
• Managing existing servers and work stations (Real Estate, DIC, petrol pump,)
• Performing backup of servers and all work stations
• Assisting all employees on computer related issues
• Updating system softwares and configuring and managing emails
• Managing network connection, telephones and extensions, internet and digital certificates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer related courses
• At least 3 years relevant experience in the FMCG, and manufacturing industry is required
• Must have any of the following certifications: MCSE, MCSA, or CCNA
• In depth knowledge in MS Exchange, VMware, PC maintenance, SQL basics, and MS Office applications
• Good communication skills
