Supporting PM’s :
a. vendor follow ups post Manufacturing release and scheduling inspections
b. Dispatch coordination / organizing all shipment documents for LC submissions to bank
c. GRN closures and vendor invoice bookings posting to AP team
d. Vendor payment follow up and discrepancy issues closure with AP team.

Who are we looking for?
What will you be doing?
- Vendor setup for the local entities.
- Following up on quotes.
- Issuing POs to suppliers.
- Confirm goods receipt with the site team.
- Report cost on monthly basis to Finance.
- Monitor direct spent to these projects as well as liquidation and consumables.
- Support urgent site requests on getting material.
- Managing logistics to deliver the requested material to site.
