We are sourcing for a Receptionist.. This is for a reputed Pharmaceutical company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Office Manager to ensure efficient day to day operations of the office. Position is based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls in a professional manner.
- Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
- Order office supplies and provide inventory control system
- Ability to provide assistance and support on research.
- Data entry
- Email Management
- Other responsibilities deemed relevant and necessary
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, video conferencing, Zoom, Google apps, Monday.com, social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Excellent English-verbal and spoken communication skills
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Applications)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Trainable and willing to work independently and in a team
