About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Driven and Proactive Sales Manager, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, highly target-driven approach and an international mindset, to join our UAE sales team and lead our Club Team. A previous experience in the industry is an advantage.

This role involves the following missions:
  • Achieve sales, profitability (Ebit) and Cash Flow targets of the Club Segment in the country;
  • Develop and leverage the market potential trough and adequate sales force coverage;
  • Develop the sales team through continuous coaching.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets in line with reserved conditions and DSO targets (Cash In);
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Local Marketing Plan;
  • Hire, train and coach the sales team to ensure the right level of skills and competences on products, processes and systems completing the sales organization in line with the market potential of the segment;
  • Execute weekly pipeline management reviews to maximize conversion rate and provide a reliable Forecast;
  • Guarantee a systematic use of the CRM to have a clean, update and complete database such as marketing attributes, clusters, leads, etc.;
  • Develop and create top locations to build an aspirational brand and generate home leads;
  • Lead the sales team by maximizing performance, people development and engagement according to the Company Cultural model;
  • Guarantee continuous and proactive feedback from the market.
Qualifications and Previous Experience
  • Master’s degree or diploma in business administration (focus on direct sales and marketing);
  • Professional background in Sport, Fitness and Wellness;
  • Relevant experience in managing complex sales networks and complex deals of assets and services (solution selling approach);
  • Relevant experience in selling solutions including financial services, new technologies selling out;
  • Coming from multinational companies with strong corporate brand identity and matrix organisation;
  • Solid CRM knowledge, MS Office, Sales Funnel Management, sales force productivity experience;
  • Sales team management;
  • Strong experience in Account Management and project management experience is a plus;
  • Consolidated experience in selling solution (equipment, AMC and Digital) in UAE in B2B and B2G;
  • Proven capabilities in developing a relationship with B2B and B2G Customers;
  • Direct Sales and marketing techniques;

  • Advanced software use: web, social media, ICT devices and tools, cloud services;
  • Fluent in English, Arabic language and a 3rd European language will be a strong plus;
  • UAE driving license;
