Employment: Full Time
Position Title: Senior Operations Executive
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 11,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

The hiring company is a one stop shop, top of the line Business Setup Agency in Dubai that provides business setting up services as well as long term business needs support
Job Role:
• Work closely with the operations, sales, client relations team, and other sections throughout the jurisdictions to complete their license and visa set-up
• Manage ADGM /DIFC and any other jurisdictions assignments, ensure paperwork is completed on time
• Facilitates Abu Dhabi license applications
• Submit all type of license, visas and any other documents required by the authorities as per the standard and procedure
• Reviews and prepares supporting documents required for the signing of Memorandums at the Notary Public
• Organize a notary signing between the clients and the sponsors
• Release the documents to the clients and obtain the required documents as per the company standard and procedure
• Diligently follows-up with the operations team, official approvals, timelines
• Format the SOPs, forms, work instructions based on the company standard
• Collects information and provides regular updates regarding standard operating procedures, rules and regulations and any other new information that can impact company operations
• Ensure that all action points are delivered as per the agreed timelines and report this to the Head of Operations
• Handle requests and queries appropriately from Operations Managers and Sales team
