Job Role:
- Assisting Vet Surgeon in operating room
- Feeding and caring for cats
- Assisting Veterinarians during examinations
- Performing administrative duties
- Ensuring all areas are clean, for cats and humans alike
- Cleaning cages and bathe cats
- Sterilizing equipment and clean examination tables and rooms
- Restraining pets during examinations or vaccinations
- Administering medication prescribed by Veterinarians (e.g., by mixing it with food)
- Will rotate in attending or having duty hours in the reception area along with Vet Nurses
- With bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
- With at least 2 years proven experience in the same role
- Must have license issued from UAE
- Experience in an administrative role is a plus, current or former pet ownership is an advantage
- Must be comfortable being around cats
- Must be available to work occasionally in an emergency
- Has patient and caring personality
- Must be a non-smoker
- Excellent communication skills
