- Contact person for all customer concerns after the sales process around the contract and fulfillment
- Processing of customer contract documents and checking the financing documents for completeness in consultation with the partner banks
- Responsible for checking the invoices and comparing customer documents with the bank as well as checking creditworthiness
- Central contact for customers in the event of complaints or delivery delays as well as control of their processing up to the joint development of a solution
- As part of escalation management, solution-oriented assurance of customer satisfaction and maintenance of customer relationships through neutralizing customer discussions
Job Experience
- You have already gained professional experience in customer service / tele-sales, ideally with an online portal
- You have a feel for customer needs and enjoy working with people
- You are characterized by a sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive customer data
- You have targeted negotiation skills, you work in a very structured manner and you have natural powers of persuasion.
