Job Purpose
To provide exemplary service to guests arriving and departing from the operation. Offering support to the FBO Operations, Customer Services and Ramp Agents and any other team member in the department as required.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional guest experience, creating a warm atmosphere for all VVIP passengers and guests to the FBO Operation.
- Meet and greet all guests on arrival and departure from the FBO
- Offer and provide refreshments, supporting the lounge assistants as required
- Ensure that guest areas are maintained to a high standard in accordance with company policy
- Provide Advice and Guidance to guests concerning flight schedules, hotels, arrival and departure times, travel itineraries and general knowledge regarding the region.
- Assist with booking requirements for guests and crew
- Answer the phone and take messages, ensuring timely delivery at all times
- Provide support to the Customer Service Supervisor (CSS) and Customer Service Agent (CSA) to ensure the best service is delivered
- Understand the role of a CSA and perform these duties from time to time as requested
- Liaise with CSA’s and porters to ensure a quick and seamless transition through the FBO
- Complete reports and administrative tasks as directed
- Identify and escalate issues quickly to supervisors or management
- Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business and which you are involved.
- Minimum High School Qualification
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience preferably within hospitality. Aviation Industry experience is advantageous
- High level of English communication written and verbal
- Good Computer Skills, MS Office Suite
