JOB DESCRIPTION
Edomias International PLC is a Human Resources outsourcing and recruitment firm serving clients for more than 15 years. Edomias is currently looking to recruit candidates for the following positions:

Position: Microwave -OSP Rollout Manager
Employment Status: Permanent

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• To be responsible and prepare Standard Technical Documents and SOP for the Transmission
• To prepare and develop Standard process and procedures
• Responsible to make the roll out plan for all regions (including the resource plan) according to project milestone.
• Organize all teams to execute the plan end-to-end monitoring and management of the project progress ensuring all targets can be completed on time.
• Responsible for managing and monitoring the project progress cost, quality control, safety control and acceptance PAC/FAC.
• Coordinates and solves critical issues from engineering, outsource, logistics, technical teams and partners
• Be able to maintain good relationship with customers and improve customer satisfaction.
• Interface with customers organize customer meetings and escalate main issues to the project management team.
• Organize roll out teams, define the KPI for all team staff and evaluate the performance and ensure proper team building within the department.
• Manage subcontractors and organize subcontractor meetings.Conduct subcontractor workload confirmation.
• Manage project equipment and materials for the delivery of the transmission network
• Responsible for the implementation of EHS regulations.
• Prepares daily project reports via email and EPMS system and report to project management team base on PMO regulation.

Knowledge & Skills:

• At least 5 years experience in Transmission (Microwave and OSP)
• At least 2 years project/delivery management
• Good understanding of EHS
• Written and spoken English (required)
• Good interpersonal skills (required)
• Good computer knowledge and skill (required)
• Good Decision Making Skills (required)
• Analytical skills (desirable)
