Group Program Management Office (PMO) is at the heart of this digital transformation. At the onset the PMO will build and execute the portfolio, program, project, and product management of all critical initiatives in Qatar Airways IT. About You
As a project lead, you will manage the delivery of key business initiatives. At Qatar Airways you will take on project management level responsibility and will report to the Manager of PMO. Your industry experience in management is crucial in building an organization that will manage effective kick-off, execution, and value delivery of small to large scale programs. You will have the opportunity to lead or participate in building out the agile PPM and DevOps processes and tools that will be the standard in IT as well as leveraged across the company.Qualifications
What you need to bring to this role
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• You should hold a Bachelor Degree (preferably in technical area) or equivalent experience.
• Preferably Airline domain experience. Commercial background and/or supporting Infrastructure and software development teams will be an alternative
• SAFe, Scrum, PMI, and other agile certifications will be preferred
Technical Skills Required
• Project Management
As lead for the projects, be able to support senior members on the project with creating team structure, operating cadence, and appropriate reporting. Assist in manage the performance and scope of the project to capture the intended business value and be accountable for delivering results. You will be able to manage one or more projects of an assigned Line of Business.

Experience in following agile principles and deliver business capability incrementally is a preference which includes leading, supporting or managing projects with software development utilizing agile methodology. Established UI/UX experience is preferred.
• Portfolio Management/Business Relationship
Be able to assist the leadership team to execute portfolio strategy, realizing value in partnership with business units.
• IT Infrastructure, Cloud
