Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Handle all documentation and tasks concerning to immigration and labor Dept.
- Follow up and ensure the timely renewal of legal documents such as visas, passports etc.,
- Liase with government authorities on labor and immigration rules and provide updates to Human resources of changes as appropriate
- Process all type of visas, employment permits on time
- Book appointment, ensure and coordinate medical, finger print and visa stamping of staff
- Arrange all travel requirements for employees such as ticket booking, hotel booking.
- Labor Contract Preparation and coordinate attestations with the ministry of Labor
