Hiring a Receptionist for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
  • Greet, assist and/or direct, visitors and customers
  • Arranging Visitors form/ safe management requirements at reception for all visitors.
  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Respond to public inquiries on phone or face to face.
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
  • Open and date stamp all general correspondence.
  • Pick up and deliver the mail.
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference Telephone calls.
