Employment: Full Time
Position Title: Reservation Receptionist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation, transportation, meals, and uniform
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is a Dubai-based leisure club for golf in the region
Job Role:
• Answer telephone queries
• Accept payments – cash, credit cards, cheques or charged account and issue golf tickets for green fee and hired items
• Cancel golf bookings and confirm tee times of players
• Consolidate sales at the end of the day
• Coordinate with Starter/Marshal regarding changes in tee times and players
• Coordinate with Cart Shed regarding hire items
• Coordinate with department head or golf professionals regarding VIP guests
• Accept sign-ups for golf tournaments
• Coordinate with golf secretary regarding tournament details and duties
• Assist golf secretary during tournaments
• Coordinate with Golf Administrator in advance, group reservations
• Accept payments for settlement of Accounts
