The hiring company is a high-end stand-alone cafe restaurant located in Dubai which is known for their specialty in coffee and homemade food cycling themed café.
Job Role:
• Assist walk in customers and upsell products and promotions
• Create and manage company social media accounts and respond to online inquiries and convert them into sales
• Promote and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or any relevant field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field; cycling knowledge is required
• Good experience in managing social media channels and creating marketing contents, pictures and videos
• Ability to remain highly motivated in a customer service and sales environment
• Outstanding communication skills
• Immediately available will be prioritized
