Description
Hiring a Sales Coordinator for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with customers, - Handle customer calls and email requests and send sales information to customers (e.g. lead times, product descriptions).
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Tracking and Liaise with customers and vendors on order requirements, logistics and delivery.
  • Keeping up with product information and updates.
  • Attend to incoming phone calls and day to day administrative functions as and when assigned.
  • Work closely with internal departments to efficiently track, monitor, report on customer order progress,i.e. status of purchase order to supplier, scheduled delivery of products/services, invoicing, payments, etc.
