Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration.
Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in the relevant industry with 2 years in UAE.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meet sales and gross margin targets allocated for the given year.
- Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, sourcing new customers, and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet those needs.
- Generate leads and grow existing relationships and maintain a detailed database of clients.
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and use of social media.
- Build a network and spheres of influence in order to grow the prospect list.
- Negotiate the terms of the agreement and close sales.
- Prepare quotes and business proposals and maintain regular follow up with the clients.
- Conduct research on industry trends, market activities, and competitors and propose value-added proposition to the customers.
- Submit sales reports to management in a timely manner.
- Prepare sales forecasting by using sales-force.
- Work closely with other departments and exhibit teamwork to ensure the mobilization of the projects.
- Use company CRM and follow Group Sales Process.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service.
Job Specific Skills:
- Ability to meet sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Product and industry knowledge
- Ability to listen and understand customer’s needs
- Ability to build and manage the relationship with customers
- Good knowledge of English. Arabic is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- UAE Driver’s License is required
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- Strong planning and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
