About the job Sales Executive (Rent a car)
The sales executive is responsible to discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiating and maintaining customer satisfaction. The person in this role is a key contact between the company and its clients: answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products, and maintain long term relationships with the customers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales and gross margin targets allocated for the given year.
  • Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, sourcing new customers, and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet those needs.
  • Generate leads and grow existing relationships and maintain a detailed database of clients.
  • Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and use of social media.
  • Build a network and spheres of influence in order to grow the prospect list.
  • Negotiate the terms of the agreement and close sales.
  • Prepare quotes and business proposals and maintain regular follow up with the clients.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, market activities, and competitors and propose value-added proposition to the customers.
  • Submit sales reports to management in a timely manner.
  • Prepare sales forecasting by using sales-force.
  • Work closely with other departments and exhibit teamwork to ensure the mobilization of the projects.
  • Use company CRM and follow Group Sales Process.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

  • Ability to meet sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Product and industry knowledge
  • Ability to listen and understand customer’s needs
  • Ability to build and manage the relationship with customers
  • Good knowledge of English. Arabic is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • UAE Driver’s License is required
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
  • Strong planning and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
