Position summary:
To promote agricultural machinery and implements services focusing on customer visits & outdoor sales activities and to advise customers in proper equipment utilization & service applications to enhance greater productivity or lower costs and increase business profitability.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship
Maintain effective communication with customers and assist in providing parts and repair solutions to establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with all customers.
Market Monitoring
Monitor and report product performance and competitors activity and keep leadership aware of changes in the market place in order to take appropriate actions.
Invoices Collection
Assist in collection of previous due invoices and maintain accurate customer data records to complete all paperwork and parts and service quotes accurately and timely.
Reporting
Submit regular reports to the service manager to identify mitigate potential risks and leverage growth opportunities.
Maximize Sales
Plan effective sales calls with call objectives aimed at driving parts and shop service market share to maximize parts and service sales in assigned territory.
Maintenance Agreements
Develop and sell Customer Support Agreements and maintenance programs and follow up on their part orders or service repairs and ensure that customers are advised of changes in costs and delivery to ensure their satisfaction and high standard services are met.
Customer Complaints
Receive customer complaints and take appropriate action to solve it and negotiate mutually agreeable settlements.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:
Diploma in Engineering or a closely related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 years work experience in service.
Minimum 1 years work experience in sales
