- Maintain a good colleague filing records.
- Maintain an up to date database and tracking systems.
- Direct and coordinate employee relations process.
- Coordinate employment visa process with the public relations officer.
- Attend all colleagues’ requests and in a timely manner with utmost care.
- Look after colleagues’ accommodation and ensure its cleanliness and readiness for all existing colleagues and new joiners.
- Good communication and organizing skills
- Positive attitude.
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
- Flexibility to do other T&C tasks, occasionally.
