– Take care of employee relations Build understanding of corporate rules and regulations
– Training assistants for management departments as specified by the company
– Manage training plans within the company
– Design courses for outsourcing personnel For employees of the company.
– Other human resource tasks as assigned

Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree Human Resource Development Human resource management Or other related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in the Human Resources and Training department
- Have an understanding of and a love for human resources work and training
- Have the ability to analyze Information design and training courses
- Good communication skills – presenting, training and coordinating results reports.
- Able to use computers and Office programs for various document work
