Job Description
We are looking for a VIE as Legal Officer for SG UAE.
The legal officer will support different business in providing legal advices and by securing the business environment in legal aspects.
Your main tasks will be:

The legal officer will support different business in providing legal advices and by securing the business environment in legal aspects.
Your main tasks will be:
- To assist in any consolidation of companies or assets through various types of financial transactions, including the establishment of a new company, the acquisition or the legal modification of the existing entities.
- To implement templates of various agreements as per the business needs and assure their implementation.
- To review all legal documents and commercial contracts prior to signature and assist in negotiation to mitigate the risk exposures.
- To provide legal advices to the teams on specific topics.
- To conduct researches and legal monitoring on local regulation implementation communicating with the Management at this level.
- To handle the management of the litigation files with close coordination with the desired law firms.
- To assess the performance of the law firms and negotiate for retainer fees
- To assure protection of the intellectual property of the company and take the appropriate actions to secure the company’s intellectual property assets.
- To identify and communicate on the legal risks in each transaction.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
For this position, we are looking for someone with a degree in Law and a first experience in a similar legal field.
Good command in English are mandatory for this position and skills in Arabic would be a plus.
