Employment: Full Time
Position Title: Design & Project Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is a fast-growing food and beverage holding group that explores popular Middles Eastern, Mediterranean and International Flavours.
Job Role:
- Liaise with Direct manager / architects / Landlords and engineers to gather all Design requirements
- As well as design and create 2D & 3D computer models of shops, buildings, and machine parts from blueprints or from scratch
- Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials
- Describe production methods step-by-step in detailed drawings
- Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Design layouts, detailed drawings and create full specifications and BOQs to illustrate workflow
- Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality
- Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards
- Blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs
- Create mood boards and Presenting models to management
- Oversee design progress against schedule and budget
- Implement corrective measures for identified distractions or issues
- Review, negotiate and recommend for approval/disapproval on design
