Job description
Employment: Full Time
Position Title: Food Safety and Quality Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is a highly respected Consumer Retail Company leading the UAE distribution of brands with the best quality for customers; with multiple branch within Dubai dedicated on sales, distribution, logistics, processing and marketing of food products.
Job Role:
- Monitor, verify, and validate activities to ensure that all products leaving the facility(s) meet Food Safety and Quality standards
- Lead integration of the current quality assurance and food safety processes into one integrated process
- Provide reports to management as required and investigate Health Code i and violation of rules
- Develop plans, execute and assist proper growth oriented programs for enhancement of higher standards to ensure quality for business transaction
- Attend various training programs in relation with product research and develop knowledge on company product

- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible to travel, if needed
