Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure proper handling of chemical and other products received and issued.
- Inspect Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular checking as per approved checklist
- Writing the Cause of findings if any at checklist after machine inspection
- Unload materials from incoming vehicles and stored at Marshalling area and issued to the requestor based on the picking list and reservation.
- Ensuring Picking & Loading in a flexible & efficient manner to achieve operational excellence & make the deliveries in a timely & Customer focused manner.
- Maintain the % punctuality of dispatching above % of the agreed cut off time
- Involve & Implement the “Quality Assurance” policies and strategies
- Ensure receiving & data entry of all material received within the warehouse. Maintain the Warehouse (cold store and ambient) Inventory Records Accuracy and sustainable inventory control & management system
- Attend reservations by physical issuance, loading/unloading and segregation of the materials then confirmed thru signing the issuance sheets and required forms Support the Warehouse Analyst (Storekeeper) in maintaining Inventory details.
