About the Client:
The hiring company is a salon and spa for women that provides a variety of services for the purpose of improving health, beauty, and relaxation through personal care treatments such as hair, massages and facials
Job Role:
- Will handle payroll of 30 employees in the Salon – so must have experience in handling at least 30 employee-payroll list
- Processing of licenses renewal and other PRO tasks
- Responsible for the recruitment tasks as needed – local and overseas; and work with agencies as needed
- Responsible for the checking of two salon branches each week
- Open to Any nationals
- Female, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
- At least 3 years of UAE experience in Human Resources/ PRO role
- Experience in handling employees in Salons, Spa, Gym, Derma Clinics, Tourism/Travel, Hotels, and F&B but with Salon background is preferred and will be prioritized
- Strong background and knowledge in Immigration and Labor law
- Must have valid UAE driving license and has own car
- Must have a firm personality
- Excellent communication skills
