Description
The Logistics and Supply Chain coordinator is a 6 months contract (Temporary Contract). Managing wing to wing logistics process for Emerson COMRES shipments including forwarders, vendors and customer communication. Support on other material management activities or improvement projects as needed.Managing wing to wing logistics process for Emerson COMRES shipments including forwarders, vendors and customer communication. Responsibilities
Candidate must have their own visa and must be located in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements:
Education and Professional Qualifications:
B.S./ B.A or Higher
Familiarity with Oracle System & Application
Good level of MS Office literacy is required, especially with Excel and Word
Have at least 3-4 years working in the Logistics Department
Requirements and Attributes:
Background in logistics in Jebel Ali Free Zone is required.
Experience in material management is preferred
Experience working within a distribution center or plant within a large multinational company.
Additional Information:
Knowledge of overall business activities and process improvements
Comfortable working in teams and under pressure
Ability to liaise with different internal and external stakeholders

- Keeping track of materials in warehouse
- Meeting internal customers to ensure correct planning is executed
- Complying with country specific requirements
- Record Retention
