Job Role:
- Lead the Sales force in hitting target driven goals on a monthly and annual basis
- Orchestrate the growth of food service division while coordinating with the team generation sales based on set monthly targets
- Recommend new products successfully to market, improving product and service offerings, increasing the company’s product portfolio and bottom line, utilizing experience of consumer & hospitality industry needs
- Lead product launching
- Plan, coordinate and oversee national sales, promotions, trade shows and special events with sales team to improve sales and operational target
- Motivate and guide sales team to meet customer demands, achieve revenue targets and collections
- Review business processes, financial statements, sales and activity reports and performance data to measure and improve productivity and goal achievements
