Personal Assistant to MD Job at Guildhall UAE

Employment: Full Time
Location: UAE
Guildhall is seeking a talented personal assistant to the MD of a growing SME in Dubai. This is a full time job that will require travel. We are looking for someone with previous experience in this type of role that is capable of working autonomously and is able to communicate in with a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
In order to be shortlisted for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Telephone trained
- Full understanding of Microsoft office
- 3 years previous experience as a personal assistant
- Ideally have a driving license
- Ideally on own visa however not critical
