Job Description
Palfinger Marine Europe BV Dubai Branch, part of the PALFINGER GROUP, is the global leading manufacturer of highly reliable, innovative, and customised lifesaving equipment, deck equipment, and handling solutions for the maritime industries.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating execution of service jobs onboard vessels and offshore installations
Provide first line of support to Service Engineers during job execution
Debriefing of service engineers and preparation of follow-up document if required
Service Coordinator shall assist project/sales to carry out order contracts and service works
In cooperation with the contract coordinator, ensure that any feedback from SE are handled and conveyed
Follow up of external and internal orders according to the work instructions
All task shall be carried out in conformity with the company strategies and goals as described

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Degree
Working knowledge of marine, service industry
ERP applications working knowledge
MS Excel and MS word
Mathematical & Analytical skills
