Position summary:
To provide administration services in line with company policies and procedures in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Government Relations:
- ensure that all authorities’ related payments/licenses are paid/renewed, to ensure uninterrupted company business
- Provide comprehensive Administration services in line with the policy to ensure employee satisfaction and optimal cost
- Fleet Management:
- Monitor and maintain company fleet to ensure availability of vehicles when required and transportation of employees
- Office Services:
- Improve the office services provided to ensure high quality, lead time and optimal cost
- Company Accommodation:
- Organize and manage housing to ensure that all units are adequately furnished and maintained in accordance with company standards
- Follow up cleaning and maintenance work of company buildings, to ensure all buildings are fully operational and clean at all times
- Insurance:
- Organize and manage insurance agencies to ensure that all policies are issued on time, records are well kept, claims filed on time, follow up claim settlement and payment of agency commission.
- Record Keeping:
- Ensure that company records are properly updated and kept
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or closely related field.
