Key Responsibilities of Assistant Health Club Manager:

Ensures Health Club Team is fully trained to provide courteous, efficient service to all guests and health club members.
Manages and independently handles all guest and members concerns.
Ensures consistent and high quality maintenance of all health club equipment, including proper maintenance of massage facilities, locker areas and steam/sauna facilities.
Manages and Supervises the daily Health Club Operations
Recommends purchases of new equipment and parts where required

Requirements:

A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment
