6 weeks temporary work, working for a housing association based in Middlesbrough
Your new company
This is a temporary 6 week role due to start imminently. You will be working for a housing association based in Middlesbrough
Your new role
- Responding to internal and external communication (telephone and face-to-face). Collate information relating to compliments, complaints and claims appropriately and deal with general customer enquiries
- Log operational forms, create and manage spreadsheets, monitor key performance indicators
- Responsible for data input/maintenance and reporting for business stream specific databases and spreadsheets.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all relevant internal and external suppliers, agencies and departments
- Maintain formal accurate service records, including financial records, employee records and Health & Safety reports, detailing incidents and recording details
- Raise and co-ordinate orders and invoices, using IT systems
- Effective use of IT and media as appropriate with a good understanding of excel
- Good understanding of value for money principles
- Able to prioritise to achieve realistic targets, costs and time deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including influencing and negotiating skills
- Able to evident customer service skills with the ability to demonstrate discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
- Ability to build relationships with managers and employees at all levels, along with other stakeholders external to the business including customers
