Position description
- To organize and supervise the recruitment
- To organize and supervise the boarding
- To organize and supervise the trainings
- To organize supervise the performance evaluation
- To organize and supervise the life on site activities
- To ensure the HRIS is updated accordingly
- To perform other duties required
- To report to his hierarchy any malfunction or improvement in the performance of his / her tasks or HR service
Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent HR
- 3 year’s Experienced in HR
- Experienced in team management
- Good communication skills (verbal end writing)
- Good organization skills
