We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is going to help and assist Marketing team in devising and implementing individual vendor and Ingram Micro’s marketing plans and PR & Communication activities ensuring the success of activities planned and executed, presenting the results and analysis. Also assisting in all corporate activities ensuring brand representation and funding.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is going to help and assist Marketing team in devising and implementing individual vendor and Ingram Micro’s marketing plans and PR & Communication activities ensuring the success of activities planned and executed, presenting the results and analysis. Also assisting in all corporate activities ensuring brand representation and funding.
What will you do?
- You will support Events, EXPO’s & other marketing activities planning, implementation, ROI management and reporting;
- You will negotiate and manage suppliers and agencies.
- You will support in preparing creative briefs to Vendors;
- You will handle marketing activities internal approvals and payments approval;
- You will participate in Activities Claims, Proof of the execution submission to vendors and payments follow up;
- You will work the company’s website and social media accounts;
- You are going to be responsible for coordinating with Design Team’s and supporting all design-related projects, from creating a designer’s brief/concept to controlling and reviewing the design submitting and completion;
- You have 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing position with an international company;
- You are excellent communication & negotiation skills;
- You have good knowledge of excel & power point, Photoshop is a plus;
