Responsibilities:
  • Handle diaries for the manager
  • Prepare simple correspondences as required
  • Plan appointments for the manager
  • Organize meeting venues and set reminders for these meetings
  • Arrange travels for the manager as and when necessary
  • Prepare reports and attend meetings as required
  • Perform any other related task as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience:
  • Possess a Degree in Secretarial Studies or any business related course
  • Candidates must have practical experience in the same role
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be organized and a good time manager
  • Excellent organization and planning abilities
  • Should be flexible and willing to travel
