You are importing raw material from abroad and your factory is located in Dubai. The total lead time is 30 days. Your factory has received a big sales order that needs to be produced and delivered within two (2) weeks. However, upon checking available stock, you find out that you are facing a shortage of raw material, which means that the sales order cannot be produced and delivered within the agreed delivery time.
Please write a short paragraph on your short-term action plan to make sure your company delivers the sales order on time? and long-term plan to avoid such shortage in the future? you can write it on top of your resume.
Requirements
A proactive procurement officer who brings scalability into procurement/ logistic and inventory functions, while maintaining a positive relationship with suppliers and ensuring uninterrupted supply chain support.
