As Security Operation Center Officer, you will oversee the physical and electronic security systems at all QR accommodation and commercial buildings in Doha. You will be responsible for supervising the 24hr manned CCTV team and managing the third party providers as well as overseeing QRISP violations tracker and ensure that all CCTV finding been highlighted to management for necessary action.
Key responsibilities:
- Investigate all occurrences and incidents affecting QR buildings and occupants
- Conduct interviews with staff and third party providers
- Allocate resources to deal with staff complaints and changes in security arrangements
- Liaise with Facilities Management, Housing and IT departments inspecting new buildings and making recommendations on security upgrades
- Prepare monthly presentation to reflect CCTV operation
- Coordination with HR team with regards to activate/deactivate staff access
- Report monthly to Manager physical security providing statistics and identifying trends

Location: Doha, Qatar
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent, with at least 4 years of job-related experience
- Experience in supervision of personnel and managing projects
- Certificate in Computer applications MS Office or demonstrated ability
- Proficiency in collating operational/business data and sharing with management through data analytics, report generation (Word, Excel, PPT, Oracle, graphs/charts etc.)
- Qatari Driver Licence or successfully obtain in 60 days
