Site Manager
PAE is seeking a Site Manager for a position, pending contract award, performing ISS (Installation Support Services) functions at Al Dhafra Air Base in Abu Dhabi. The Site Manager will be responsible for the performance of duties outlined below and any other duties as assigned by Program leadership IAW international, US, Air Force, PWS criteria and any other industry standards/criteria.

The Site Manager shall be available within 2 hours to meet on the installation with Government personnel to discuss problem areas.

BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARY
Responsible for the performance of the work of full contract matters relating to the daily operation of this contract including, including, but not limited to:
  • Recreation / Fitness programs
  • Learning Resource Center
  • Marketing
  • Community Activity Center
  • Theatre
  • Pool Operations
  • Lifeguard Services
  • Lodging and Linen Exchange
  • Maintenance and Lodging Custodial Services
  • Water Delivery
  • Oversees all contracted operations and each shall be able to effectively communicate and use technical manuals and references
  • Manages all employees – directly or indirectly – supporting this contract to include, but not limited to, hiring, training, promoting/demoting, implementing performance improvement plans, completing performance evaluations, corrective actions, investigations, and terminations as required IAW all applicable international, US, Air Force, PWS and PAE laws and company policies
  • Schedules, work supervision and quality control for all tasks associated with this Task Order
  • Responsible for all documentation and reporting as required and directed by Program leadership
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by Program leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of ten years (10) previous experience managing Installation Support Services contract, with a minimum of three (3) years experience in a leadership role, preferably at a US Military Installation (Air Force preferred) with similar mission/project in scope and nature
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Computer skills
  • Valid US or local driver's license and US passport
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Must be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of deployment.
  • Country visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide)
  • Preferred previous work experience in an austere OCONUS environment with a multi-national workforce
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Experience providing excellent customer service in supporting contract responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules and under pressure of deadlines while maintaining performance standards
  • Strong analytical capabilities with respect to metrics and process improvement
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

WORKING AND LIVING CONDITIONS

This position may be located in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere environment. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors. This includes being able to lift and carry 40 pounds of personal protective equipment for extended periods of time.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
