- Develop effective sustainability and community investment programmes across the group’s stakeholders and focus areas (health and well-being, education and livelihoods, humanitarian aid, environment)
- Successfully lead and manage programme activities through the complete programme life cycle; from requirements and planning, to rollout and measurement. This includes: programme definition, project scheduling, budgeting and forecasting, resource planning, contracting, risk and issue management, impact measurement and reporting
- Collaborate and support brands and business functions to identify and deliver opportunities to achieve strategic objectives.
- Maintain continuous alignment on industry standard sustainability and community investment performance indicators to bring the organisation in line
- Evangelise programmes and associated initiatives, internally and externally, to develop awareness of and participation in the programmes.
- Develop and manage external relationships with relevant stakeholders across the private and social sector (e.g. private sector organisations, social enterprises, educational institutions, forums and events, govt. entities, volunteering groups)
- Ensure effective communication strategies and methods are in place to communicate business ethics, sustainability and community investment commitments and performance.
