Job Functions
1. Responsible for project customer relationship work, and perform specific tasks such as customer relationship within the (project), full-cycle customer risk pre-control, and customer satisfaction improvement;
2. Overall coordination and handling of customer complaints, handling results and other information management;
3. Responsible for organizing house delivery management and control, formulating delivery process guidelines, and assisting regional customer service in better implementation;
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, no major limitation;
2. More than one year of work experience in relevant positions in real estate companies, familiar with the work process of real estate company customer relations is preferred;
