Responsibilities
- Reviews the operational planning carried out by the central managers, with a focus on ensuring the required availability.
- Monitors planned mobile connections at the beginning of the day and during the day in real time.
- Raise alerts to the different headquarters in case of discrepancies or disconnections.
- Manages the fleet with a focus on achieving maximum productivity, that is, orders handled by mobile phone and effectiveness, this is orders handled vs. orders entered in the shift.
- Monitors the mobile to avoid having orders close to expiration (AVI) that are taken care of outside the committed standard time.
- Inform at the time of presentation: disconnection of mobiles, cluster with saturation of orders, cluster without required mobiles.
