Employment: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
• Review and checking the BOQ at the starting of the work.
• Prepare the eng. Measurement for the quantities of the finished works.
• Prepare lists of the site needs (material, workers, technicians)
• Calculate the remuneration of the subcontractors, workers, equipment’s etc.
• Prepare the payment statements
• Prepare the detailed reports describing the situation of the items quantities, (plus or minus the contract BOQ)
• Reviewing labour schedules and comparing to progress on site
• Pricing variations
• Checking site progress (visit site), record progress and transfer onto monthly payment applications
• Gradually working up to contractual agreements
• Reviewing drawings, keeping note of any changes
Requirements
At lease entry level or 1-2 year experience.
With knowledge in Tender, BOQ , Pre or Post Contract.
Available in UAE and must be joining Immediately

Requirements
- Applicant should be available in United Arab Emirates.
- Willing to join immediately.
- Minimum of 2 year working experience.
- Site coordinator and admin work background will be added factor
- Quantity Surveyor Civil
