As Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for effectively supporting the Clinical Radiologist with the preparation to perform, diagnose and treat patients using diagnostic imaging examinations like X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans. Including preparing patients and equipment for radiology procedures, performing tests and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications
High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
OR
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
To be successful in this role you should have undergone formal training program and certification in radiography.
You should be eligible for / Licensing and Registration with QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) and be able to pass the necessary medical and security tests as required by the State of Qatar.
Ideal candidates will be holding a CPR Certificate and have had formal Radiation Safety training.
Experience in secondary or primary care serving patients from diverse economic status within a multicultural environment is beneficial.

As Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for effectively supporting the Clinical Radiologist with the preparation to perform, diagnose and treat patients using diagnostic imaging examinations like X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans. Including preparing patients and equipment for radiology procedures, performing tests and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating the patients information and medical history before the imaging process.
- Consolidate patients' charts and Doctors' notes before the examination, and maintaining patients' records during and after procedures and all other medical data as required. Prepare and generate analysis report.
- Ensure that patients position and equipment are captured in the correct area and perform clear images by covering any areas not being imaged to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation.
- Monitor, observe and analyzed patients conditions during the procedures in case any reactions occurred, ensuring all safety procedures are followed during imaging process.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Programs in coordination with Senior Laboratory Technician on developing comprehensive guidelines by providing improvement input and suggestions.
