About the Client:
The hiring company is a leading recreational facility provider that specializes in designing and building outdoor playgrounds
Job Role:
- Increase business activity by prospecting for new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
- Ensure targets are met and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved via regular prospecting, customer contact and relationship management
- Responsible for the full sales process from lead generation to project handover including after sales support
- Organize and manage long sales cycles and negotiating contracts in a win-win style
- Specifying products with consultants, developers, government, and landscape designers/architects
- Preparation of technical and commercial documents while assisting in the development of sales presentations and proposals
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
- Assist in collection of payments from clients
- 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- At least 3 years relevant sales experience; landscaping industry is an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of the bidding/quoting process for tendering projects
- Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of handling long sales processes within contracting field
- Strong sales-management skills and excellent communication skills
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own car is mandatory
