Job Duties
- They help interested parties and customers to use our products.
- Communication takes place mainly via telephone, email and instant messenger.
- Customer visits are not required.
- You analyze the problem together with the user and work out suitable solutions.
- The creation of application examples and the case documentation for subsequent processing by the development department are also part of your tasks.
- Very good general IT knowledge and familiarity with Office applications
- Ideally, good knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
- IT Diploma Holder
