Job Role:
- Preparation and service of hot and cold dishes, responsibility for the section, carrying out ordering and stock rotation where necessary
- Ensure full liaison with other members of the section and the Kitchen team
- Lead and support the junior member of the team
- Perform daily data collection and reporting of issues as they arise
- Support of Departmental objectives
- Project a pleasant and positive professional image to all contacts at all times
- Diligence in prevention of wastage
- Thorough support of and updating the training manual

Requirements:
