Job Title : Service Manager
Contract Duration ; 2 Years
Contract Status : Perm
Benefit : Employee insurance/ Communication allowance/ traveling expense claim

Scope of work:
1) Receiving customer complaint escalation;
2) Coordinate network engineer for trouble shooting;
3) Coordinate vendors for problem resolving;
4) Customer communication and update for the required process and issues;
5) Compiling and providing of RFO report;
6) Initiating and monitoring remedy and improving plan;
7) Vendor profile maintenance;
